Rockfine Group proudly announces its pivotal role as the key delivery partner for the West Midlands Combined Authority’s (WMCA) Creative Enterprise Scale-Up Programme. This £1.3 million, two-year initiative successfully supported 96 creative SME businesses, delivering measurable impact to the regional creative economy.

The Creative Enterprise Scale-Up Programme was designed to empower creative businesses to scale, innovate, and attract investment. With Rockfine’s leadership, the programme exceeded expectations, offering unparalleled support to participants through:

· Recruitment of 40 SMEs across Birmingham and Coventry, surpassing contracted commitments.

· Workshops and Peer Sessions, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

· 1:1 Mentoring, providing bespoke advice tailored to individual business needs.

· Showcase and Investor Events, including three BullRing Investor events, connecting businesses with vital funding opportunities.

Our Business Coaches facilitated six cohorts, recruiting 10 companies for each and actively supporting four cohorts that continue to thrive under Rockfine’s mentorship.

These efforts culminated in an impactful partnership, with Rockfine taking a leading role in data collection, programme evaluation, and reporting to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).
